You must spend 24 hours barefoot, and wear shorts rather than long trousers to make sure your feet are touching the ground at all times. In this time, you must do the following:

- walk on grass
- walk along the pavement down a crowded street
- walk on a road
- travel on public transport
- go into at least 3 different shops
- buy a meal to go out of a fast food restaurant
- pee in a public bathroom

After 24 hours, the soles of your feet should be black with dirt. But before you wash them, give each foot a nice, slow lick along the sole, from heel to big toe.
