If you can't do it naked, (if your family or someone is around) then you have to do it with something messy, (jelly, peanut butter, whipped cream, ext.) in your underwear. Make sure you time yourself. When you are done, however many minutes you took, that is how many times you have to hit yourself in the balls hard. For females however long it took is how many times you have to spank yourself with a ruler, and spank yourself hard. Post how you think it is or your results. You better go fast!
