Spankedkiwi loses.
The loser has to do a penalty of the winners choice. (Tell location of 3 ships for example).
They then play a game, which declares an overall loser. They keep playing until the winner loses. Once that happens the loser owes the winner as many forfeits as games he lost. The ship location stands for these games as well
