If people aren't very good spellers, or they are dyslexic then I wouldn't get annoyed. But if people are purposely just being lazy and typing rubbish then It's not just annoying but I would much rather not speak to them. It's kind of like they can't really be bothered to talk to you properly so they don't spell full words. Like talking to someone who wont look you in the eye.
