1. Wear a plug for at least 2 hours
2. Showers have to be in cold water
3. Everytime you open the fridge, you have to slap your balls with a ruler
4. Drink at least 3L of water
5. You are allowed to pee 2 times during the 24 hours. If you need more you must pee in your clothes an not change before after the 24 hours.
