When it's really cold outside, like it is right now, I do workout naked in my apartment.
I have workout videos and programs that my trainor has recommended me to take advantage of, so I have done everything for P90X to Insanity to Brazilian Butt Lift.
I do have a gym membership for 1-2 gyms locally, but I got it more for the advanced machinery that the gym offers, which I only attend and visit once a week, sometimes once every two weeks. The gym at my complex only really has treadmills, stair climbers, and elliptical machines.
Sometimes, I do like to do some "Blogilates" from YouTube or just some standard plain and calm cardio that relaxes my muscles.
And, of course, stretching before and after every workout!
