My uncut penis is currently soft, which is about 2" fully exposed as I am completely naked. I am hairless on my privates as my girlfriend always requires me to keep it smooth. I am starting to get harder now, maybe about 3", as I am only 4" when fully hard. No precum or anything like that either.
