Tomorrow when you go for your morning urination, I would like you to do it in a cup, preferably glass and transparent so you can see what you will be tasting.
Smell it... and I mean inhale deeply. Set it down in-front of you while you're at your computer / making breakfast etc and wait at-least 10 minutes for your urine to 'ferment' before slowly drinking it all.
Make sure to savour it.
