I did 500 busts yesterday, I decided to switch somewhere in the middle and I am using a hammer for my busts now. I was using the screwdriver handle for awhile, but I found using a hammer works better. I hold on to the metal part of it and swing the handle into my balls, its much longer so it hits harder and the handle is wider, making the impact a bit more extreme.
I think ill continue this method (unless specified to do differently)
