You must wear your largest pair of boots to the gym, work out as usual, but when you're done you must take off all your clothes, put your boots on, tie them up, go to the toilet still naked and piss in a urinal, take a picture of yourself showing your boots and cock and then return to the locker room and get dressed normally.
If anyone asks you about what you're doing, tell them you just showered and are still wet but need to break in your new boots, then ask them what they think of your boots.
