I challenged myself. I used random.org to choose a random number 1-31. If I got one that I could do to myself, I would do it. Otherwise, I'd be free. I got 29, which I could do to myself (the squeaky clean). I did it until I felt like I could no longer tolerate it, and then continued for another two full minutes as if it were someone else doing it to me they wouldn't stop just because I wanted it to stop.
