I wear cloth diapers, underneath my everyday clothing. I do not use them to pee nor poop.

Anyway, go out to Walgreens, and buy a 8 or a 12 pack of disposable diapers, making sure that they would fit you like your boxers/briefs, and go home and put the ENTIRE pack of diapers on. Make sure that nothing can leak out of the diapers. Now, before you get into bed, drink at least 1 gallon/1 liter of your favorite juice/soda. Finally, go to bed, and you are NOT to leave the bed or room for a minimum of 8 hours. Enjoy your sleep!!!
