Thank you so much for the kind words. In regards to your suggestions, I may add some edging related stuff in future chapters. And the whole story has sort of been one long tease for Pat. I probably won't do any kind of CBT stuff besides the relatively mild pain that Marie and Rachel have caused in earlier chapters. In my mind, these characters aren't really into that (neither am I really) and so I think it would feel out of place in the story for any of the girls to subject Pat to any kind of extended CBT (to me at least).
But thanks again for your input. I really enjoy reading everyone's comments and seeing what other people like about the story and where they want it to go.
