So I like the idea of the hot potato threads; each person adds until one person has to do the whole list.(In my opinion) the equal opportunity version is an improvement because everyone has a chance to be selected; you wouldn't feel unlikely to be "boomed on" just because you were early in the potato.But some like myself may still find it hard to win/lose all that often, and with that, I propose: Everyone must...
(Granted, it isn't really a true 'hot potato' any more, but it is a guaranteed way to get all dares in a potato.)

Each player does all the dares in the potato, and the BOOM resets it (so you might want to wait for the boom to see all the stuff you have to do).
