Liberty13 loses

Each player writes a severe punishment diaper dare for the other player (limits must be respected) and the dares are exchanged. The loser then must find 15 other getDare users to PM the winner "NO! YOU LOSE!" within two days. If the winner receives 15 of the PMs within the two days, he loses and must do the punishment he was given. Otherwise, the loser must do his punishment instead.
