I learned in Human Sexuality class that the male prostate has the same developmental root as the female gspot (there are fancy words that go in that sentence that I don't remember, hopefully it makes sense anyway), meaning it is possible to have a different sort of orgasm from your prostate. Obviously, being a female, I can not tell you if that is what you had, but I have had many gspot orgasms and they are much different than the clit ones for sure!
