I wouldn't worry about trying to get to a certain number of words or lines. Just let it flow as time permits. Having the outside world put additional pressures can adversely affect you. Just write how much you like, IMVHO.
I might add some white space though, so it is more aesthetic. I think it may add more drama as that thought/action ends.
For instance:
Mr.Varghese sat down and started eating his food. He had tacos while the other students were eating mash potatoes. He got done first and stood up, "Students, here's how you will use your personal trashcan." He dangled a packet of hot sauce above my head. "Firstly open anything you didn't use." He opened the packet. "Then throw it away, like this." He poured the hot sauce on top of my head. I so wanted a shower at this point along with the burning sensation to end.
At the end of lunch, students were throwing their mash potatoes at me. I was covered in this gray glop and there was nothing I could do about it.
Everyone left then lunch was over.
Mr.Varghese stood over me, "Who's a dirty girl?" He pinched my cheeks, "Madonna is." He pulled the duct tape off my hands. "Clean, now!" He smiled, "Don't you dare take that tape off your mouth or remove that thong, Madonna or I'll make your life a living hell."
I thought, "How much more of a hell, could it be."
He gave me a bag, "Everything goes in this bag."
