Figure out how many people you know have done the Ice Bucket Challenge. Once you know, give yourself a swirly for every person that has done the challenge. The last swirly must have a much pee in it as possible. Or if you know less than 5 people, give yourself a swirly for 5 minutes, starting with pee and poop in the toilet.
