Eat your next meal on the floor. Preferably from a dog bowl but if you don't have one a plate will do. You will eat naked and attach a belt or a collar around your neck.
You are to attach some sort of clamps on your nipples, (clothespins, chopsticks with rubber band at the end), before you eat. The clamps need to be attach before your first bite and if you need to take them of the meal is over!
So, Eat fast or endure the pain!
