Wear pants (ideally loose jeans that will hide the diaper), take one suppository about 10 or 20 minutes before going out. Go to a bus stop that has people waiting at it and wait with them. While waiting, clutch your stomach and make it really obvious you need to poop until the bus arrives. When the bus arrives, get on and find a girl you want to do it in front of and either sit next to her or stand next to her while still making it obvious you need to poop. Then once the bus starts moving, let it go.
