Suspender Wedgie: 2 Belts and 2 pairs of underwear are recommended for this wedgie or just a long rope. Put the rope/1rst belt through the front leg holes of the outside pair and up over both shoulders and then the second belt/rope is taken throughout the back two and up over shoulders to close the ends.
