Several things. I like to think I'd give it away to all the poor people, but yeah, that's not gonna happen. No point in even pretending I'm nice anymore. ;p
I think I'd start by hiring assassins to take out key political leaders. I'd then bribe the United Kingdom's military leaders so they won't interfere with what I'd do next. That would be riling up the commonfolk on England, spew some crap about the Government being evil and wasting their money, and then begin a revolution. March into the House of Commons with my pre-paid for mercenary force, butcher the MPs and all would be happy! Then, march on Buckingham palace, kill that old hag and become King.
At which point, I'd probably get aroused by some hot girl, give her all my money and make her queen of the world. Damn, it was good for a little while. ;<
