I have had the opportunity to be Tom, in this story. In fact my experiance happend very much like this. Thank you Craigslist. Here is what I would caution.
Get to know the other people.
Tell someone where you are and when you will be back.
State your limits early and NEVER cross them.
Don't drink. One glass as an icebreaker, maybe, but you don't need it and it is way fun even without it.
All that being said, it is A LOT of fun. For everyone. As long as everyone is a willing and happy participant. Talk a lot. Ask questions. Be adventuerious in your fantasies, but cautious in your actions.
Thanks Jess_i_kka for telling that story. I hope your brave dare will inspire others who are shy and nervious yet curious like you were. That is exactly what I think a good game of TorD should do.
