Nothing burns for me like a cane does; without really hitting that hard you can break the skin or if you go a bit easier it will leave bruising. You can choose not to warm up to it and it makes it even more painful.

Getting hit on the inner thighs is especially painful.

If you get nipple clamps with the rubber guards, but take them off; there's metal teeth underneath that if you tighten them get enough will break the skin. When I had this the slightest movement was agony, and the tingling stuck around for about a week afterwards
