2) stick out your tongue and pin it with a laundry clip and droll over your body and floor standing for 5 min
3)take 2 laundry clips and attach them to your nipples vertical, wait for 2 minutes and unclip them and attach again this time horizontal. Keep turning them like that for 10 min
