For 5 days, Everytime you pee/poop/cum you must do it without removing your underware. You then have to wear it for as long as possible but the goal is 120 minutes. For every 10 minutes under 120 you have to drink a glass of water and not pee for an hour. (We keep them 80 minutes. That means 4 glasses and dont pee for 4 hours)
