This might not be that hard. There are pigeons in the city here. If you sit on a city bench and throw popcorn or something on the ground the pigeons come right up to your feet. You could throw a net over them. Most churches have carnivals in the summer and they have tents up, where people eat food or play bingo or play little children's games. These are all Tents of Meetings. So you wait at the entrance with your two pigeons. Once the priest shows up, and he will eventually, ask him if he is ready to start.
