Good message, sincerely if that's what people call extreme I need to adjust my standards XD
I thought it was quite polite considering the situation and all, you didn't insult nor did you say anything that wasn't TRUE.
I don't have such a big problem with these messages myself, but I can understand the frustration it can cause
Hope this makes people think before they act.
