wear no underwear, find a pen or another object you can safely keep in your ass for 30 minutes or so while walking but dont mind loosing. Insert that object and now go out and walk around, do some shopping whatever, after 20 minutes shit that item out while you walk and let it drop down your trousers onto the floor. take 15 steps, turn around and pick the item up, go to the nearest public toilet, strip naked in there and re-insert it and go home
