I definitely prefer sub. I almost never enjoy controlling someone else. I ocassionally enjoy giving others dares but only when I'm in a certain mood.
Anyway, to answer the why part... I like the feeling of having someone else have complete control over me and have me do things inwouldnt normally do. Also it turns me on the feel degraded or 'less than' someone else.
