Inspired by the many Loser Has To threads.

I don't recall seeing this one before.

In this game the loser will have to purchase whatever item(s) in the dare
Please state a budget when posting

The concept is simple,
Player A proposes a dare and their personal budget.

Player B accepts the dare and lists their budget.

Player C decides the winner however they wish, then becomes the new Player A and proposes a new dare.
