It helps too much, I can and have gone a few months without touching or thinking sexual thoughts. I struggle with low libido and that's part of the reason I got into edging and orgasm denial.

But it could be a good experiment to use between edging days to help me make it longer. I'm afraid if it's a week or more I might lose interest. But then again I've never lasted that long to find out. :o
