Nipple punishment
 

I have been a disobedient slave and my master have denied me orgasms for the next 7 days. Also, my punishment for being disobediet is that I am supposed to pump my nipples daily for however long you decide plus any other punishment you people decide for my nipples.
Items I have: nipple pumps, nipple clamps, rubber bands, toothpaste, clothespins and other household items.
Limits: no permanent damage, bleeding, needles etc.

First put toothpaste on your nipples then put rubber bands on your nipples. You are then to flick each of them 50 times each. After every ten flicks reapply toothpaste to make sure that feeing stays the whole time;)

Pumping them for 15 minutes 6 times a day sounds like a good idea to keep them swollen all the time.

First pump them for 5 minutes
Then do 25 hard rubber band snaps on each one
Apply toothpaste
Put on your nipple clamps
Do 25 jumping jacks
Take them off without opening them
Re apply toothpaste
Do 25 more rubber band snaps

tight clamps + a rope. Hold it to an object or an handle and streach them out, while on knees, till the max. Keep the position for 10 minutes.

you cna use a clothes hanger with clamps, that's the better option.

You shell tie thin cord on nippel after you pumped, and other extremity of rope is at middle finger, at 35/40 cm from tits
