Put 4 raw eggs into your diaper. Two down the back and 2 down the front of the diaper then using your hands slap your diaper braking the egg shells into small peaces so you have egg shells and sticky yokes inside and stay like that for at least 1 hour.

I mean Ice cream is obvious, but one you don’t have is wasabi.

Lego blocks work well, build a few together and hold the block between your legs.
