Hello.
I need some dares I can do while at work.
I sit at a desk and type for most of the day but work on an office with other people so it must be hidden.
Things like wedgies, putting stuff in my underwear, wearing womens panties ect.

Wear a shoulder wedgie using panties at work for at least 1 hour

You could always go commando for a whole day and spend another using only socks .... get creative and use socks instead of undies

No jockstraps but I could borrow my roomates thong I guess that's kinda similar?
