Punish this 19/f slut for gaining weight
 
This weekend I completely disregarded my diet (and ate so much that I could barely breathe or move) and have managed to gain weight. Please punish me for this so that it won’t happen again.
I would also appreciate any ideas or tasks to help me achieve my goals of losing these last 20lbs!
Note: I know I haven’t got likes and dislikes but it’s because I’m still figuring out what I do and don’t like. One thing that is very effective for me is harsh verbal humiliation :)

You can only orgasm once for each pound that you lose, and you have to edge 10 times for each pound you have recently put on. 10 edges per pound gained will also be used for the future.

How about a work out??
First start by edging 3 times to warm you up
Now do 25 jumping jacks
Do 25 push-ups
Do 25 sit ups
Run in the spot for 5 minutes
Edge 3 more times

You should do this everyday till you have lost the 20 pounds and from this point forward if you gain a pound when you lose the gained pound it doesn’t allow you to cum till your a pound less then today

You should also edge 20 times a day until you have lost the 20 pounds

Pick a weight goal. You choose what it is.
Every morning when you wake up, and every night before bed, weigh yourself.
How far are you from that goal?
Take the difference (example: goal is 130, and you're 150, difference is 20)

Use string, rope, rubber bands, or zip ties (whatever you have and are ok with using) to tightly bind your tits.
Get on all fours, and, using a wooden spoon, spank each ass cheek as many times as that difference. Then sit up and spank each breast as many times as that difference.
Once you've spanked all four places (left and right cheeks, left and right tit) as many times as the difference between your current weight and your goal, you may unbind your breasts, and get on with your day or night.

The more you gain, the more spankings you endure daily.
The more you lose, the less total spankings you'll endure.

Yes Sir, I gained 2 pounds so I did 20 edges. As harsh as possible :)

Thank-you Sir, the difference is 20 at the moment. I can't tie my tits because they keep slipping but I did the spankings for tonight and my tits and ass are sore and red. Along with the workout and edges dares, these will definitely motivate me to lose weight and stop eating junk!
