13? Really?
 

There is nothing anywhere on getdare that says you have to be at least 13 to join. So, how are 12 year olds suppose to know that?

Can a mod move this to getdare.com? Thanks!

I might be completely wrong about this but for some reason I'm remembering that when you sign up, it says something about the minimum age. Again I signed up awhile ago so this may be some random apparition xD

I looked to see if I could find something that said you had to be 13 to join but I didn't find any so I did some testing. (Sorry to the mods if I set off any alarms. ;)) I tried making an account under 13 and it said something about not being able to register an account at this time.

However, I believe it is a law that you need to be 13 to sign up for anything on the internet.

If you attempt to register and are under 13 the site locks you out with is a vague error message that persists until you restart your browser. The one thing we absolutly can't tolerate is users under 13. US law is very clear that to register a user under 13 we need a signed note from a parent as a bunch of filing crap.

"Hey, mom, dad. I need you to sign all thes papers and crap to join an online truth or dare community"
