ok i will assume that you know how to bind one... (as explaining that always takes some time) but genral ides how to make it more effective:
- Soft ropes and bound tight but still not to tight, as you want to wear it for long and mainly for arousing reasons
- Not to thick ropes, if you want to wear it under the clothes
- adding knots to it over your clit and between the lips to increase the arousing effect
- Adding another pair of ropes left and right of the lips to increase the friction

But all depends also a bit on how the vulva is build...
