This is a workout plan that you will do naked.

That sounds a little strange to me. I love exercising, it keeps me awake and even lifts my spirits. Many people do it as an unpleasant duty, but I think the results depend on how we do it. I think it's important to make yourself feel good about something you don't like, it can boost motivation. I work out three times: twice after work and once on the weekend. Wow. I really appreciate this. Would love to have someone overseeing this. I’ve started a workout regime where I go to a “bootcamp” class Mon-Thur and Saturdays. Everyday I miss I will now complete this dare for the rest of that week.
