Punish me for failing my denial period

I had a denial thread at https://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=401506. I'm ashamed to say that I failed: I was watching hypno porn, and it all got too much. I have reset the denial period.

This thread is to ask you to add more time to my denial, as punishment for failing. Women, trans, CDs, and others in long-term chastity may add five days; others may add three days. No consecutive postings unless at least an hour has passed. Please make me regret failing.
