Cold showers are good for your body and for self-discipline. Here are some ideas for you:

- In the shower you edge but then change the temperature to cold and rinse yourself for 1 minute. Repeat three times. At the end you are allowed to cum but as soon as you climax you must finish your shower with 1 more minute of cold water.

If you want an orgasm you must work hard for it
