How do you start to accept how you are in the kink world in real life?

This has been a part of me on and off for 15 years and I seem so unhappy in life and I keep thinking of kink no one in my life knows this side of me first because of shame (religion) them in relationships that when brought up gets brushed off as crazy talk just trying to spice things up

I don’t know what to do anymore my only outlet is here and a few other sites but I just want to either give it up or go full force has anyone else ever dealt with this as well??
