Master has taken a look at this post and as he is away flogging/caning will have to wait until his return, however, he very much likes the idea of making slut’s feet uncomfortable so he proposes, if you are in agreement the following:-

A very simple, but effective punishment that I've found seems pretty acceptable for this.

Bad sluts don't get to use furniture. While at home, you may not use any chairs, beds, tables, couches, anything, if you don't want to stand, you should be kneeling, you may not lay down until you plan on going to sleep.
