Nude for sporting advantage?
 

Would you train nude for a week if it meant you'd be guaranteed to get to play for the match at the weekend?

Or maybe have some sort of other advantage?

Yes I would train nude even play nude if I was allowed .

No i definitely would not train nude for a week. One of the sports I play is all female teammates so it wouldn't be that bad but the coach is male and he is already sadistic as heck. so no, I would not, i would definitely be too embarrassed to do so.

And the other sport I play is both male and female and I most definitely would not want everyone staring at me as i ran outside, so overall I would be way too shy and embarrassed, and I would be more focused on covering my body than on actually training.

Plus, running without a sports bra on and having no support in that area? If you are training and running pretty hard, it can be painful to do so with no um support in that area.

My swim team used to practice nude, so I’d probably do it
