I got this dare thought while reading the above thread on 'special ingredient'.

Caution: People who are diabetics / on some emdications that require you to eat properly / other health issues and cannot fast for longer times, please do NOT attempt this dare.

Eat a liberal dinner and supper.

Take in maximum possible water that you can in the night by 10 or 11 pm max.

No food / water until 6 pm (Nil per oral fast). If you are the weak kind, or cannot fast, you are permitted to take about half a teaspoon to one teaspoon of glucose and place it beneath your tongue and let it dissolve. No drinking / eating via your mouth!

Your peet gets concentrated by this. At the end of the day you must have pee that is almost dark red and even a smell of ammonia.

Variations / additions:-
Level 1:- Take out half - Splash on your face.
Level 2:- You can mix the other half of pee with something tasty and drink / eat the food. Post your report in PM. Submit the pic of dark colord urine in PM or here.
Level 3:- Drink it directly ... If you choose to do this, use only half of it for the level 2 or skip it and use it all in this.
