Welcome to GetDaretopia! I am the mayor and I Am pleased you are showing interest in moving here. We have several different lifestyles available for you to pick from and three different social backgrounds to come from.

As our city is new we can only take a limited number of applicants. Only 50 for each lifestyle will be accepted. Only 30 council members will be accepted.

Lifestyles:

The Nursery:
Here is a place for people who just aren’t cut out for the adult life and have given it up for the life of a baby. Will involve things involving diapers and things involving their use, messing the diaper will never be required but will always be optional. Citizens will be required to specify if they did or did not in every report.

The Park:
Here is a place for people who aren’t able to be human adults dwell. This is commonly known as pet play. Our parks are made for dogs and cats who are potty trained. Will involve chewing on things and limited bathroom control later on, Will not require you to wet/mess yourself.

The Bus Stop:
People who like to expose themselves like to linger around the bus stop. People who like public/semi-public/hidden-public, will get along with the people around this area. Some humiliation may happen here. Will never make you do anything that could get you arrested, but exercise caution when doing these tasks.

The Dungeon:
A bdsm club for people who like pain and punishments. Not uncommon to see people being given rules either, as rules last the span of their citizenship here is GetDaretopia. Some humiliation can happen here. Will include punishments and extra rules being given, if you absolutely can not follow a rule you must inform me in a pm and I will work something out.

The beauty Shop:
Males who dress like females tend to crowd in the makeup stores. Will require use of makeup and cross dressing.

The Belt shop:
Citizen here flock for miles to seen the newest chastity belt or cage. A chastity belt is recommended but not required.

The council:
In here sit the people who will help me, the mayor come up with rules and tasks. Each council member will be assigned to a specific area to govern. You will not be getting tasks but you will be helping me create them, you should pm me with you ideas and I will approve them to be posted.

Social backgrounds:
Here will rule how you need to modify your tasks. Only 100 per background.

The Perfect: You can cut your task requirements is half if you wish.
The mortal: Do your tasks as read.
The worst: You need to double the task requirements.

Infractions and rewards:
Infractions are bad things and three will get you kicked out with no chance of re-entry. You gain an infraction by not doing a task or breaking a rule without working it out with me. Two infractions will cancel out a reward. Rewards are good things and three will let you move out with no consequences. Five rewards will cancel out one infraction. But using these rewards will result in you losing them,

Moving out:
Moving out will require you to notify me and you may not move back in unless you left with three rewards. I will be making a list to keep track of who can move in.

Store:
Our currency system is Bucks and each task completed earns you Bucks. Everyone starts out with $15 Bucks that can be spent at the store. Here is a list of things that can be bought and their prices:
Underwear: Allows the nursery residents to skip one task. $100
Potions: Allows the park residents to skip one task. $100
Clothes: Allows the bus stop residents to skip one task. $100
Pain relief: Allows the dungeon residents to skip one task. $100
Wipe: Allows the beauty shop residents to skip one task. $100
Key: Allows the belt shop residents to skip one task. $100
Get out of jail free card: Allows one infraction to be forgiven. $200

I am designing this thread so I do not have to be constantly creating tasks, that is the council members jobs, and that I only have to the administrative things. Those things being updating the spread sheets and making sure the right people have the right informantion.

The first 6 citizens have moved in. For all tasks given this week the Code word will be "Pioneer". This code word expires on the 20th, when I will give a new code word.

Councilmen you may start posting tasks at your leisure.

Task to all:
This task you will sit on the floor and think about this city and what you hope for it to be for 5 minutes. Your report will detail what your hopes are and how you felt doing this report.

The Belt Shop - Pioneer

In case any customers wander in before the 20th, here is your task:

Get undressed, and, if you have one, put on your chastity belt/cage. Turn on your favorite porn, and place your hands on the inside of your thighs on either side of your genitals. Your hands should be close to, but not touching your genitals.

Watch 15 minutes of porn without moving your hands. When the time is up, you are in denial for 24 hours. Furthermore, keep your belt/cage on for the first 6 hours, and NO touching of your crotch during that time (not to edge, not to pee, not to scratch - your privates are off-limits for those 6 hours.)

People have until the 20th before they have to do catch up. After the first week they must send me all of their missed tasks with a satisfactory report before I allow them to move in.

We are always accepting councilmen but they have to post a task at least once a week or they will be fired and asked to join lifestyle, in which the above conditions apply, or move out.

The Dungeon - Pioneer
 

The mayor ordered any new citizens to report why they joined GetDaretopia and will expect reports before the 20th. But some suspicious people, maybe those with a dungeon lifestyle because they spend time in other dungeons in the past, are picked up to tell them not to cause any trouble in GetDaretopia. The moment you are in The Dungeon, you are thrown onto the ground and the heavy wooden door gets locked behind you.

Stay in the smallest room available to you at home, one that you are able to darken quite a bit. If possible, step inside a small closet instead and close the door behind you. Take a piece of paper with you and start writing the following sentence 10 times on a piece of paper. "I may not start trouble in GetDaretopia." During writing these lines you'll have 2 clothespins on your genitalia and 1 clothespin on each of your nipples.

I am still a bit unclear why choosing two social backgrounds, and on what the code word actually does. But I am sure it will come clear to me soon enough.

Sometimes I don't give you the first choice of background and the codeword becomes important when you get the PM.
