pages slow to load when logged in
 

Hey, when I am logged into my account the pages take a long time to load. This doesn't happen if I am browsing the site while logged out. Is there anything that can be done to help this?

Wow! The difference is actually considerable! Something is clearly broken somewhere!

I did notice a certain stickiness in the connection, but thought it was just One Of Those Weird Internet Things and was only mildly irritated. I'm much more annoyed now... :mad:

I have been noticing that. Most of the time I think its cause people are posting and its trying to make up for it

The gD site tends to get sticky at certain times of day & on certain days, but it hasn't exceeded the annoyance threshold lately. Have you tried clearing your browser data?

This has been a problem for a long time. I don't think there is any fixing it until Depp has a chance to change everything over to a newer format (like he has done with KinkTalk)

Got a new phone and went out to a place with good cell service and started to really notice how slow things were. Up until now I had just assumed that it was my phone or poor cell service.

As already mentioned, it really seems to be time dependent, as during the morning it's fine for me, but as we get later in the day it takes a bit longer to load. Probably a case of that's when the a lot of the Americans, Canadians and Europeans are on, as it's afternoon for Europe and morning for America/Canada.
