What’s your most humiliating experience to date?

The most humiliating experience I’ve had in kink was a punishment for eating too many sweets, after I had been given a rule prohibiting them. I had to put a doughnut on a plate, cover it with whip cream and syrup and sit in it. As I sat in it I had to eat a plain lettuce, carrot and onion salad while making oink sounds. Very humiliating for pet.
