punish me (19m) for always looking but never posting

My name is Guy and I have been looking at the dares on this site for a long tie but almost never posting and not doing the dares most of the time. I am looking for a punishment for that to make sure I always do the dare I'm told. I will write a report to anyone that dares me when I can.

Dislikes: chastity, scat, extreme pain,

limits: Scat eating, family, illegal

I would like you to do:
- 1000 push-ups
- 2000 squats,
- 2000 crunches,
- 5000 jumping jacks.

You can split it however you want, but... no stroking, no cumming, no anal, no edging etc untill you do all of the exercises.
