Cleaning Tasks
 

First post, sorry if i do something wrong.
Really behind on cleaning, I want to make a punishment wheel with tasks to complete every 10 mins or when I mess up.
Ideally these are somewhat physically degrading, not time/labor consuming, and still making me frustrated and horny as I go on.

Ideally less of "spank yourself" or "twist nipples" and more like "30 jumping jacks with clothespin nipples" and "press penny to wall with nose, cane ass 10x"

The end result would look something like https://spinthewheel.app/punishment-wheel but not so boring. Definitely a quality over quantity deal, but ideally the wheel's list could end up fairly long!

For the next 5 minutes, you may not stand up.
For the next 5 minutes, you may only keep one foot on the ground.
Rub yourself to edge without stopping your work.
